Refund or replacement

We would be happy to give you the advice you need. Besides, it will help you avoid the quite lengthy product return procedure.

    However, if the product that you have purchased at our online shop did not suit you, we suggest you to immediately e-mail a completed “Request for the return of goods” to shop@stefi-l-lingerie.eu.

    Information on the return of goods:

    • You can return the purchased item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
    • The item must not be worn or otherwise used. Also, the item must not be damaged or lose its marketable appearance.
    • The item must be returned in its original packaging and have a marketable appearance.
    • All the labels must be in place: the labels should not be removed, cut or torn off.
    • You will be refunded the cost of goods excluding the delivery costs.

    You shall be responsible for the return goods until they are delivered to our warehouse. We advise you to:

    • Carefully pack the items to preserve their marketable appearance and ensure safe delivery.
    • Choose a reliable and safe delivery method.
    • Have proof (for example, parcel code) that the parcel has been sent.

    Important!  Our company shall not be responsible for parcels that were damaged or lost in the return process, as well as for parcels sent by mistake.

    After receiving the returned goods, the Stefi-l-lingerie.eu online shop administration shall notify the purchaser, whether the received goods meet the return criteria, within 14 calendar days.

    If the returned goods do meet such criteria, Stefi-l-lingerie.eu shall return the money paid for the goods.

    Important note: if you have paid for your order using PayPal, the money will be returned to the PayPal account that was used to pay for the order.

    Replacement of goods

    If you would like to replace an item for an item of a different size or model, first complete the product return procedure and then make a new order of the desired product.
